Seamless Spray Foam Around Penetrations
BEFORE
Existing asphalt roof had many leaks around roof penetrations and in membrane seams.

Roof penetrations received up to a 3″ layer of spray foam. The insulating foam reduced thermal expansion in the roof system. This roof should last over 30 years.
