CARSON TAHOE HOSPITAL ROOFING PROJECT

We installed a spray foam roof on the old Carson Tahoe Hospital in the mid 1980s…they wanted us back to restore the roof.

THE ROOF RECOATED

A highly reflective Cool Roof rated coating was applied to the existing roof

INSULATED DUCT WORK

The spray technology has improved so the foam can be installed more evenly today (this was good back then, a bit wavy today). The insulated duct work makes the A/C system more efficient. Also, the roof and duct work are tied seamlessly together without seams or flashings

ROOF RESTORED

After making some repairs the roof is now leak free and has a new warranty
